Cancellation policy:
Cancellation Charges:
- 25% of the total package cost within 45 to 30 days from date of departure.
- 35% of the total package cost within 30 to 15 days from date of departure.
- 60% of the total package cost within 7 to 15 days from date of departure.
- 85% of the total package cost within 2 to 7 days from date of departures.
- 100% of the total package cost within 72 hours from date of departure.
- Before 45 days Rs.500 – Rs.800/- convenience and bank charges will be deducted. If you pay through the payment gateway link then. EBS charges (2 to 2.5%) also include.
Exclusions:
- Any personal expenses – like shopping, activities, tips, etc.
- Extra milk, Room Heater, laundry, etc.
- Any adventure activity, Games, Spa, etc.
- Meal other than specified.
- Anything extra service availed to be paid directly.
Important Notes:
- Please carry your valid id-proof card containing your photo, required at the time of check-in.
- Hotel check-in time 12:00 noon & check-out time 11:00 am
- Early check-in & Late checkout is subject to availability & the hotel might charge you extra for it.
- Heater charges will be extra (Direct payment at hotel).
- Kids: 5years to 11years payable – amount decided by the hotel, according to Hotel’s Policy.
- Children below 5 years are complimentary in their parent’s room without an extra bed.
- Milk/Food for infants or children below 5 years is chargeable and direct payable at the hotel.
- In case False Information (Fake Age) is conveyed to the Company by the customers, the Hotel possesses full right to extract a fair amount from the customers without any objection from external authorities.
- Hotel/Tour Operator will not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
- If Guests don’t show up at the hotel, the entire amount will be deducted as no-show charges.
- The extra cost would be applicable for any unforeseen Changes.
- No cancellation & any refund will be made at any cost in case of bad weather or landslide or any destination and which is beyond the control of the Tour Operator/Hotel.
- No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals,
- We do not accept any change in plan within 7 days of the travel date.
